PURPOSE: A composition containing pyrazole derivative for preventing and treating osteoporosis is provided to effectively suppresss NADPH oxidase. CONSTITUTION: A pyrazole derivative is denoted by chemical formula I. The compound of chemical formula I is prepared by adding a compound of chemical formula II with 2-hydrazinopyridine in a polar organic solvent at 100-130°C for 2-72 hours. The polar organic solvent is ethanol or acetic acid. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating osteoporosis contains the compound of chemical formula I or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A health food contains the compound of chemical formula I or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
