PURPOSE: A multi-functional communication apparatus with Bluetooth is provided to transfer an audio signal outputted from a computer to a Bluetooth headset. CONSTITUTION: An analog DAA(Data Access Arrangement)(110) outputs a voice signal received from a Bluetooth circuit unit to a PSTN(Public Subscriber Telephone Network). A Bluetooth circuit unit(120) is connected to a Bluetooth headset, and transfers the voice signal outputted from the analog DAA to the Bluetooth headset. The Bluetooth circuit unit receives the voice signal transferred from the Bluetooth headset, and outputs the received voice signal to the analog DAA.
