PURPOSE: A basin equipped with an active radical generating system is provided to sterilize the residue remaining in piping and to provide users with comfort. CONSTITUTION: A basin equipped with an active radical generating system comprises: a basin in which a water treatment process is performed; a pair of electrodes which are inserted into the basin, and include an upper electrode(311) and a lower electrode(312); and a power supply connector sanctioning power to a pair of electrodes. A component of a pair of electrodes is selected from carbon, titanium nitride, ceramics, tantalum, nickel, tin, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, stainless steel, or their combination. A coating layer is formed in a part or the whole surface of the electrode. A component of the coating layer is selected from gold compound, iridium compound, tin compound, titanium compound, palladium compound, tantalum compound, rhodium compound, ruthenium compound, or their combination.
