PURPOSE: A freshness maintaining agent with the antibacterial activity function is provided to improve obtain a liquid form freshness maintaining chemical substance by mixing phenyl ethyl alcohol with cinnamon oil, mustard oil, or citronella oil. CONSTITUTION: A freshness maintaining agent is obtained by the following steps: mixing liquid phenyl ethyl alcohol with cinnamon oil, mustard oil, or citronella oil in a weight ratio of 1:0.5~1.5 to obtain a freshness maintaining chemical substance; and dipping 2.6~32parts of freshness maintaining chemical substance by weight into 100parts of porous inorganic carrier by weight. The porous inorganic carrier is produced by mixing or stirring activated charcoal, activated silica, zeolite, diatomite, and activated alumina. |
