PURPOSE: A gasket for an exhaust pipe of a vehicle is provided to generate uniform surface pressure between flanges by inserting the gasket between the flanges. CONSTITUTION: A gasket for an exhaust pipe of a vehicle comprises a central hole(1), bead inclined parts(5), and bead flat parts(7). The cross section of the central hole is composed of the bead inclined parts and the bead flat parts. The bead inclined parts are bent toward contiguous plates(3). The bead flat parts are extended from the bead inclined parts to be parallel with the plates. The bead flat parts are overlapped with the bead flat parts of the contiguous plates.
