PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a probe unit with a pressurizing member is provided to produce a lot of probe blocks with pressurizing members. CONSTITUTION: A receiving groove is formed in a lower end of a probe block(321). A coupling member(322) is coupled with the probe block. A slit is formed on the receiving groove. The probe block is mounted on a mold made of an upper mold(20) and a lower mold(10). A molten resin(323L) is injected into the slit through an inlet(30) of the mold. The molten resin is cooled to form a pressurizing member(323). A probe block is separated from the mold. The driving IC is attached to a lower side of the probe block with the pressurizing member.
