PURPOSE: A silicon leaching apparatus is provided to successively perform a leaching process and a washing process at the same time, and to effectively improve the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A silicon leaching apparatus comprises the following: a filter(32) installed in the inside of the silicon leaching apparatus; a reaction tank(30) including valves(50,52,54); a mixed slurry tank(42) to insert mixed slurry mixed with a leaching solution for removing metal foreign materials from silicon powder; a purified water tank(40) for washing the silicon powder by inserting purified water into the reaction tank through the valves; a waste liquid tank(44) for containing the leaching solution including the metal foreign materials; and a silicon filtering device(60) filtering the purified water. The mixed slurry is inserted into the reaction tank through the valves for purifying. |
