PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cable which connects sound and video devices is provided to punch a hose to coat a conductive line, thereby controlling flow of a frequency or a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION: A cable connects sound and video devices. A frequency cycle and a magnetic field cycle are controller by punching a hole(1) on coating on the hose. An optimum sound is controlled by controlling the size of the hole or an interval between holes. A transparency difference of an image tint is controlled by controlling the size of the hole and an interval between holes.
