PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting and receiving data and an apparatus therefor in order to prevent collision due to random access in case directional antenna beam for connecting two stations is overlapped with each other. CONSTITUTION: A communication module(20) receives data from an external station. The communication module transmits data to the external station. A controller(40) controls the communications module. The controller transmits data including range information. Range information indicates a range for transmitting the data to a target station in a random access period.
