PURPOSE: A polluted soil restoring apparatus using ozone, and a method thereof are provided to restore or purify soil polluted by volatile organic compounds, oil, and heavy metals. CONSTITUTION: A polluted soil restoring apparatus using ozone comprises the following: an ozone generator(100) for generating the high concentrate ozone; a reactor(70) for receiving polluted soil from a pollution source after separating, and drying; an ozone nozzle for spraying the ozone inside the reactor from the ozone generator; a gas outlet(80) discharging gas generated from processing the polluted soil; and a processed soil discharging hole(90).
