PURPOSE: A method for making cucumber roll salted with soy sauce is provided to enhance specific flavor and taste with cucumber, Ligularia fischeri, and hot pepper. CONSTITUTION: A method for making cucumber roll salted with soy sauce comprises: a step of adding soy sauce and seasoning and mixing together with kelp-soaked water; a step of pickling cucumber in salt water; a step of rolling hot pepper and kelp with Ligularia fischeri leaves, inserting them to cucumber inside, and rolling; and a step of dipping the cucumber and sealing. |
