PURPOSE: A device and a method for verifying personal identity non-repudiation using bio-information are provided to verify identification without the exposure of individual information by performing certification authority using the bio-information. CONSTITUTION: In a device and a method for verifying personal identity non-repudiation using bio-information, a bio-recognition terminal(10) recognizes the bio information of a user through the bio information recognition unit. The bio-recognition terminal stores a bio information identification number. The user terminal(20) manages the bio information which is scanned from the bio recognition terminal. The user terminal requests bio information registration usage and receives certification authority information from the user.
