PURPOSE: A water discharging pin and a waterproof construction method using the same are provided to save construction cost by the reusing of an existing waterproof layer. CONSTITUTION: A water discharging pin and a waterproof construction method using the same are as follows. The floor is cleaned, and primer is applied. Air grooves(13) are formed at given intervals on the width of a waterproof sheet and with a depth passing through an existing waterproof layer(11). The waterproof sheets are constructed side by side around the air grooves to form horizontal joint grooves. The constructed waterproof sheet is cut to be connected to a neighboring air groove and forms a vertical joint groove, which crosses the horizontal joint groove. The water discharging pin(60) is inserted into each air groove and the connecting portion of the pin is connected to a tube to form a water discharging path(50).
