PURPOSE: A solar cell with a micro lens and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by reducing the loss of reflected light by precisely forming the micro lens on a wanted region. CONSTITUTION: A transparent plate(100) transmits light. A plurality of micro lenses(10) are formed on one side of the transparent plate. A protection layer is formed on the surface of the micro lens. The photoelectric device is formed on the other side opposite to one side of the transparent plate. A semiconductor layer is laminated on the photoelectric device.
