PURPOSE: A producing method of granular bed soil for growing seedlings using vermiculite is provided to granulate and mix bed soil with vermiculite for reducing the weight of the bed soil. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of granular bed soil for growing seedlings using vermiculite comprises the following steps: crushing zeolite ore, and sterilizing at 400~500deg C using a drying furnace before crushing again(S1); inserting the obtained material inside a pen granulator and inserting a nutrient solution to form granular particles(S2); adding 70.1~99.9vol% of outcome and 29.9~0.1vol% of vermiculite to the granular particles, and drying(S3); and selecting particles with a size of 0.5~5.5mm from the granular particles(S4). |
