PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a system timber composite folding door is provided to improve a shielding effect of a door and a door frame and improve heat insulation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a system timber composite folding door comprises following steps. A door frame(1) and doors(2,3,4) are dried below 7% of water content. Silicon packing and metal reinforcing force are put into the door frame and the doors. A sealing portion is formed on the door and the door frame or a contact portion of the doors. A high sash bar is formed on the outside of the door and door frame, and an outer rib and a glass are inserted thereinto. A double air layer is formed of a Korean paper window and an inner door frame. A guide rail is installed on the top of the door frame.
