PURPOSE: A self control system for call routing is provided to prevent a social crime, and civil appeal due to the leaking of private information. CONSTITUTION: A personal information DB managing an actual phone number, a virtual phone number, and a creation/addition/deletion of a group number is constructed. The actual phone number, the virtual phone number and the group number registered by a user are transmitted to an exchange system(30), and synchronized. If a user(10) makes a call, the call is connected to the actual phone number through the virtual phone number or the group number. In order to prevent the user's damage, the group number connected to the virtual number is deleted and the routing is prevented.
