PURPOSE: A welfare account operation method, a system thereof, a recording medium therefor, and a welfare card are provided to safely manage support fund, which is supplied to recipients from plural government branches, through recording-type account. CONSTITUTION: A welfare account opening unit(110) opens a welfare account. A recording-type account confirming unit(115) confirms whether a recording-type account is included in a welfare account. If a recording-type account is opened in the welfare account, a charging-type account operation unit(125) deposits support fund in a welfare account. |
