PURPOSE: A structure for fastening a door trim for a vehicle is provided to enhance assembling quality and to save the time through the simplification of an assembling process since when a pull handle is fastened to a pull handle bracket, they can be fastened through a hanging hook and a hanging protrusion easily and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A structure for fastening a door trim for a vehicle comprises a pull handle(110) and a pull handle bracket(120). A hanging hook(112), which has elastic force, is protruded from one side of the bottom of the pull handle. The guide unit(114) of the pull handle is protruded downwardly adjacent to the hanging hook. The pull handle bracket is coupled to the pull handle to prevent from becoming separated. One end of the pull handle bracket is coupled to the inner panel(160) of an inner panel assembly, and a hanging protrusion(124) is formed on the other end of the pull handle bracket. A guide groove(126) is formed on the center of the pull handle bracket so that the guide unit can be inserted.
