<p>PURPOSE: An earthquake-proof design method is provided to enable a thorough earthquake-proof design and satisfy the demands of every country busing earthquake response spectrum and general site requirement. CONSTITUTION: A designed earthquake response spectrum about a plurality of sites is produces using an equivalent disaster degree spectrum based on the earthquake disaster evaluation result(S110). A general site requirement about a plurality of sites is established(S120). An earthquake-proof analysis is performed using earthquake response spectrum and general site requirement. The earthquake response spectrum expands an acceleration component increase, and maximum ground acceleration about a first frequency up to a second frequency(S130).</p>
