PURPOSE: A harmful content preventing system of a mobile terminal is provided to adaptively deal with a network state by determining whether a content is harmful content or not using a threshold value on similarity. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal determines the connection state of a network(S101). If the terminal is connected to the network, the terminal executes a virtual desktop(S103). The virtual desktop controls the execution of the content which a user tries to execute(S105). It the terminal is not connected to the network, the terminal controls the execution of the content by the predetermined threshold value(S123).
