CRACKED EGG QUALITY DECISION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A system and method for determining cracked eggs and normal eggs is provided to improve accuracy of determination and implement automatic egg test. CONSTITUTION: A system for determining cracked eggs comprises: a transfer device(110) for transferring a test egg(20); a track movement sensor(102) for monitoring transfer of the transfer device; an object sensor(104) for sensing the egg passing through a standard position; at least one or more hitting units(126-1 to 126-N) for targeting the egg; a controller for controlling the hitting units; at least one or more mikes(132-1 to 132-N) for collecting sound wave of the hit egg; and a data transfer unit which transfers analog signal into digital.
