A method of vibromechanical treatment of components includes arrangement of the granules of working medium, workpieces and chemically active solution in the tank installed on the spring suspensions, which has U-shaped section. The walls and bottom of tank, which are its working surfaces, with the help of vibration exciter are imparted flat fluctuating motion along two mutually perpendicular axes forming intensive mixing of the content of tank, in circulation flows of which with relative displacement and mutual pressure of the granules of medium and components the treatment is conducted, the defective layer of metal and its oxides is removed, the roughness of the surface of component is reduced, and it is reinforced. The granules of working medium, workpieces and chemically active solution are located in the tank with U-shaped section, which in passive area for working is equipped with additional working surfaces of the deflector of rectilinear shape rigidly connected with tank and located vertically on the axis of its symmetry thus forming in the layer of working medium the counter mobile ascending and descending flows, which remove passive area for working. |
