It is described a device to regulate oil-gas pressure difference on stuffing box of at turbocharger driven by internal-combustion turbine consisting of two high pressure pumps (1) driven by an asynchronous electric motors (2). The pumps (1) are on the oil stuffing box of the turbocharger (3) connected through check valves (4) and to the each pump (1) is attached an asynchronous electric motor (2) and to the each asynchronous motor (2) is attached a distributor for frequency regulation of a supply current (6) of the motor (2).
