PURPOSE: A vibration prevention apparatus is provided to reduce the vibration of a connection pipe transmitted to a vehicle body during the discharge of exhaust gas by employing a vibration prevention band which surrounds and supports the connection pipe. CONSTITUTION: A vibration prevention apparatus comprises a braided unit and one or more vibration prevention bands(10). The braided unit is formed in a mesh net shape having specific pitch and installed to surround a connection pipe. The vibration prevention bands are installed on the periphery of the braided unit and have a predetermined elastic force. The vibration prevention bands comprise a linear member(14) which is successively bent zigzag in the vertical direction and connected into a band shape and a plurality of circular parts(12a,12b) which are formed by rolling the linear member one or more times at the top and bottom of the zigzag. |
