PURPOSE: A photoalignment agent is provided to improve transmittance by increasing photoreaction efficiency of a photo-alignment layer. CONSTITUTION: A photoalignment agent includes a first alignment material which does not a photo-reactive group, a second alignment material including a photoreactor(16), and a photosensitizer(40) mixed with the second alignment material. A liquid crystal display includes a first substrate, a second substrate facing the first substrate, an alignment layer which is formed on one of the first and second substrates and includes first and second alignment materials, and a liquid crystal layer interposed between the first and second substrates.
