<p>In the method according to the invention for operating a cement system, the raw meal is preheated in a preheat zone, the preheated material is pre-calcined in a calcining zone and the pre-calcined material is finally sintered in a sintering zone. The cement system is operated such that the pre-calcined material fed to the sintering zone has an SO3 concentration of at least 5.5 weight percent and a CaSO4 fraction of at least 75 weight %, preferably 90%, based on the entire salt content of the pre-calcined material.</p> |
