CENTERING JIG OF THIN PLATE GLASS FOR DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A jig for centering a sheet glass for a display is provided to transfer a raw material to the right position with hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION: A jig for centering a sheet glass for a display comprises a jig block(100), two or more pinions, four racks, a piston(400), a pusher(500), and a vacuum line. The jig block has a pinion mounting part, rack operating holes, and two cylinder grooves for supply of fluid. The pinions are installed in the pinion mounting part and allowed to rotate. The four racks are inserted in the rack operating holes and engage with the pinions. The piston comprises a piston head and a piston rod, and the piston is connected to one of the racks and linearly moved. The vacuum line is connected to the upper side of the jig block in order to fix a raw material transferred by the pusher.
