PURPOSE: An automatic baking apparatus is provided, which can automatically perform one of cooling of a container and drying prevention operation. CONSTITUTION: An automatic baking apparatus comprises: a container(40) in which bread raw material is put; a mixing motor(60a) which kneads bread raw material within a container; a baking room which is equipped with a heating unit heating the bread raw material within the container and in which the container is arranged; a water tank storing water; a spraying unit spraying the water of the water tank into the baking room; and a controller controlling the mixing motor, spraying unit, and heating unit. |
