The radiator (1) has a hollow body (2) defining an elongated internal chamber (3), and an electric heating element (4) closely contacting with a portion of a wall of the body. The chamber of the body is completely filled with pulverulent material (5) with elevated calorific capacity, where the pulverulent material is chosen from group formed by silica sand, gypsum powder, talcum powder and/or powder of ultramafic rock. The body is made of aluminum or aluminum alloy.
