<p>PURPOSE: A crane control system and method is provided to measure and analyze the shape of a vehicle and loaded objects before the transfer of the loaded objects, thereby improving the accuracy of measurement. CONSTITUTION: A crane control system comprises a crane body(110), a shape measurement unit(120), a shape analysis unit, and a crane controller. The crane body transfers a loaded object(130) to a target position along a guide rail. The shape measurement unit is installed in the crane body to measure the shape of the loaded object. The shape analysis unit analyzes the shape of the measured object in 3D(Three dimension). The crane controller controls the position of the crane body based on the shape of the analyzed object.</p> |
