PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dust collecting hood improving a yield of powder by uniformizing a wind speed in an opening surface. SOLUTION: This dust collecting hood 20 includes an upper surface opening part 21 arranged on an upper surface and inputting the powder 3, a side surface opening part 22 arranged on a side surface and applying work to a flexible container 2 (a first vessel), a plurality of dust collecting ports 25, 25, ... for sucking dust generated by input of the powder 3, and a straightening member 30 arranged by extending vertically downward up to the lower part vicinity of the side surface opening part 22 from the upper surface opening part 21 and straightening a flow of air turning to the dust collecting parts 25, 25, ... from the upper surface opening part 21 and the side surface opening part 22.
