摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply device capable of surely determining water leakage in a hot water supply circuit in the hot water supply device. SOLUTION: This hot water supply device includes the hot water supply circuit 5 composed of a water supply pipe 2, a heat exchanger 1 and a hot water supply pipe 4, a burner 8 for heating the water through the heat exchanger 1, a bypass pipe 6 bypassing the heat exchanger 1, a mixing valve 7 disposed on a connecting section of the hot water supply pipe 4 and the bypass pipe 6, a flow rate detecting means 9 disposed at the downstream with respect to a connecting section of the water supply pipe 2 and the bypass pipe 6, and a water leakage determining means 16 for determining whether the water leaks or not, when it is determined that the flow rate detecting means 9 detects a flow rate less than a minimum operational flow rate Qmin for a prescribed time in a state that the heating of the water in the hot water supply circuit 5 is stopped. The water leakage determining means 16 memorizes a flow rate Q1 detected by the flow rate detecting means 9, when it is determined that the flow rate detecting means 9 detects the flow rate less than the minimum operating flow rate Qmin for the prescribed time, fully opens the mixing valve 7 to a water side, and then determines the water leakage when it is determined that a flow rate Q2 detected by the flow rate detecting means 9 is not decreased with respect to the flow rate Q1.
