PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting sheet capable of generating no failure such as short circuit without generating insulation breakdown on an element end at the time of applying voltage and achieving stable driving; and to provide an effective method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the light-emitting sheet having first and second electrodes and sandwiching a light-emitting layer between these electrodes, the first electrode and/or the second electrode respectively located above and below a peripheral edge of the light-emitting layer is cut, and a circuit for applying voltage and an electrically disconnected non-conductive section are formed on the light-emitting sheet. When viewed from a vertical direction to a plane of the light-emitting sheet, the non-conductive section formed from the first electrode or the non-conductive section formed from the second electrode is set up to make a round so as to surround the light-emitting layer, or the non-conductive section formed from the first electrode and the non-conductive section formed from the second electrode are seemingly connected to each other while they make the round so as to surround the light-emitting layer.
