PURPOSE: A producing method of packed jujube tea is provided to secure the taste the nutrients of jujube by mixing jujube slices and a jujube extract, and sterilizing the mixture before packing. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of packed jujube tea comprises the following steps: slicing jujube after removing seeds; sterilizing the obtained jujube slices, a jujube extract, and supplementary raw materials at 80~90deg C: filling the mixture into a container and sealing; and sterilizing the sealed container at 70~80deg C, and freezing.
