The irradiation device has a detector device for converting scattered radiations (19) into an electrical signal when the scattered radiations pass through a collimator, where the scattered radiations are produced in a body of a patient (1) by x-ray and gamma radiation beams. The electrical signal is supplied to an image forming electronic (26) over an electric connection (28), where the image forming electronic reproduces an image of organ structures inside a volume of the body penetrated by the radiation beams and shapes and intensity distributions of the radiation beams.
