PURPOSE: A mobile internet apparatus for an adaptive individual broadcast service and a system thereof are provided to offer the adaptive individual broadcast service according to a channel state in real time. CONSTITUTION: A contents creator(230) generates contents including a moving picture or sound. A Wibro connection manager(250) measures RSSI(Receive Signal Strength Indicator) and CINR(Carrier to Interference Noise Ratio). The Wibro connection manager decides the service level of the generated contents. The RSSI indicates the intensity of the signal received through a WiBro modem. The CINR indicates SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) about the received signal. |
