<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee supporter capable of being easily used. <P>SOLUTION: The knee supporter is composed of a supporter body 1 and a kneecap covering piece 2. The supporter body 1 has upper and lower bifurcated binding pieces 1b and 1c extending from each side of a knee rear side pad 1a, and the upper binding pieces 1b and 1b, and lower binding pieces 1c and 1c are fastened to each other. The kneecap covering piece 2 is to close an opening corresponding to the kneecap surrounded by the binding pieces 1b and 1c. Peripheral edges overlapping each other of front and lining cloths 2a and 2b of the kneecap covering piece 2 are held by a belt-shaped piece 2d made of a stretchable cloth which is double-folded in the longitudinal direction, and sewn to each other to form an approximately rhomboidal shape.
