<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money transfer device for a vending machine, which is able to accept both paper money and an IC card and allow augmentation in the IC card. <P>SOLUTION: A paper money processor 2 and an IC card reader/writer 3 are integrated and electrically connected to each other. Thus, when purchasing an article from the vending machine, it is possible to accept both the paper money and the IC card. Further, by electrically connecting the paper money processor 2 and the IC card reader/writer 3 to each other via a control portion of the vending machine, by means of the vending machine, it becomes possible to augment money amount information, which the IC card has, by the amount of the put-in paper money without disposing another device for an augmentation processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
