PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving handrail of a man conveyor easily and surely fixing canvas, even when using fiber of extremely low friction characteristics as the canvas. SOLUTION: This moving handrail includes a body resin part formed in an endless shape of presenting a cross-sectional C shape, and the canvas 18 arranged along the longitudinal direction of the body resin part on an inside surface of the body resin part. This canvas 18 is constituted into two layers of base cloth 20 arranged in the body resin part and sliding cloth 21 arranged on the base cloth 20 and having the friction characteristics lower than the base cloth 20.
