PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for a refrigerant pipe, preventing a screw from slipping out of a through-hole before fastening even when the screw used is formed of any material, while preventing an increase in number of parts. SOLUTION: This cover for a refrigerant pipe is a cover for a refrigerant pipe including a first component member 2 and a second component member 4 which are fastened to each other by a fastening screw 6 to thereby cover the refrigerant pipe 100 passed between the two component members 2, 4. The first component member 2 includes a screw receiving part 20 in which the fastening screw 6 is screwed, and on the other hand, the second component member 4 includes a through-hole 32i provided in a position corresponding to the screw receiving part 20 to allow the fastening screw 6 to penetrate therethrough. A projecting part 32k is integrally formed on a part of the inner surface of the through hole 32i in the insert direction of the fastening screw 6 to the through hole 32i.
