PURPOSE: A hand sterilizer is provided, which removes air inhaled to a hand sterilizer through a filter and prevents next user's hands from being polluted. CONSTITUTION: A hand sterilizer comprises: a hand sterilization part(20) which is arranged so that the front can be opened on the top of the main body(10); a sensor(22) sensing user' hands; a nozzle(24) through which disinfectant is sprayed; a drying part(30) generating cold air or hot air; a discharge unit(40) which discharges residue disinfectant of the hand sterilization part; a filter(32) filtering dust and foreign material; and a sterilizer(50) which sterilizes user's hands. |
