PURPOSE: A tab piece clamping device is provided to prevent the shaking of a tap piece during tack welding by keeping the tap piece in an object being welded during temporary tack welding. CONSTITUTION: A tab piece clamping device comprises a body frame(110), switching permanent magnet holders(130a,130b), and suction pads(140a,140b). The switching permanent magnet holders are arranged side by side at an interval on one side of the body frame. The suction pads are respectively installed in the switching permanent magnet holders and switched between excited and released states by the switching permanent magnet holders.
