<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film between the adjacent piled ones of which a blocking phenomenon is hardly observed and particularly even after the adhesive film is stored in a rolled state, the blocking phenomenon is hardly observed, which is excellent in processing suitability, which hardly foams even when stuck to an adherend and the adhesive film-stuck adherend is treated at high temperature, which has excellent transparency and exhibits hardly-changed adhesive power while keeping the external appearance of the adherend. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive film is a polypropylene-based resin film comprising a laminate obtained by layering an adhesive layer on one surface of a base material layer comprising a polypropylene-based resin and a release layer on the other surface thereof. The average surface roughness SRa of the surface of the release layer is 0.050-0.200 μm and that of the surface of the adhesive layer is ≤0.030 μm. The adhesive film has 90-100% contact area with the adherend, which area is defined in the description of this patent, satisfies the expression: (a2-a1)×2-(b2-b1)=-50 to 50 mg/m<SP>2</SP>(wherein a1 is the amount of a polymer component to be bled from the adherend surface and an acrylic resin plate when the adhesive film is stuck to the acrylic resin plate, kept at 23°C for 24 hours and then exfoliated, which method is mentioned in the description; b1 is the amount of an antioxidant to be bled at that time; a2 is the amount of the polymer component to be bled from the adherend surface and the acrylic resin plate when the adhesive film is stuck to the acrylic resin plate, kept at 40°C for one week and then exfoliated; b2 is the amount of the antioxidant to be bled at that time) and has 1-40% haze. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
