PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily bias a moving blade in a radial direction facing the outside of a disk, and to bias the moving blade in the radial direction toward the outside of the disk, even with the use of a fan with its leading edge part extending on a spinner side. SOLUTION: A device for fixing the moving blade includes: a biasing means 10 as an biasing means arranged in a back end part of a slot in an inserting direction of the moving blade and biasing the moving blade 22 in the radial direction facing the outside of the disk 21; an abutting plate 30 determining the position of the moving blade 22 in the slot 23; and a holding part 40 fixed in a part 22a of the moving blade 22 by holding.
