<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a network bandwidth guarantee function even for an application incompatible SIP, while an SIP is used as a communication protocol. <P>SOLUTION: In a communication network system, a gateway 102a is disposed on a path of a flow, start/end of the flow is determined from the header of a packet transferred by the gateway 102a, and a bandwidth management server 103 is notified of a determination result together with flow information, to issue an instruction to control the bandwidth of the corresponding flow from the bandwidth management server 103 to routers 101-A, 101-B. A required bandwidth is calculated by the gateway 102a at predetermined time intervals, the bandwidth management server 103 is notified of its value as an update request, and a bandwidth to be allocated to the corresponding flow is adjusted by the bandwidth management server 103 on the basis of the value of the required bandwidth reported in response to the update request, to issue an instruction to control the bandwidth of the routers 101-A, 101-B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
