PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a decoration cap temporally fastened to a pull-handle in a standing state not to cover a recessed mounting seat part, when mounting the pull-handle on a door trim. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure, an abutting projection 6 is formed in one engaging hole 4b-1a provided on one side in the pull-handle 4 so that an engaging piece 5a on one side of the decoration cap 5 may hold the standing state in relation to a bottom part 4a of the pull-handle 4, when engaging the engaging piece 5a to the engaging hole part 4b-1a. By making the abutting projection 6 abut on the engaging piece 5a side, the decoration cap 5 is erected, and a screw 4d in the recessed mounting seat part 4b is constituted to be exposed on an upper part opening 4e side of the pull-handle 4.
