<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for displaying user movement history for clearly displaying list-like user history information. <P>SOLUTION: A user movement history acquisition part 201 acquires a plurality of pieces of user history information from a server 300 (user movement history database 300a) which stores user history information in which state information indicating a user's state acquired in each predetermined time and based on a user's position and time information indicating the acquisition time of the state information are made to correspond to each other.
