PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone set in which a called party is not incurred of the so-called "one-ringing call", disconnecting a call before the called party picks up a telephone to notify the called party of a telephone number for a business purpose, without charging a calling party with communication cost, by exploiting a calling telephone number notification service. SOLUTION: The telephone set includes a storage section 108; a transmitting/receiving section 102 for acquiring a telephone number of a calling party with the arrival of a call; a count section 105 for detecting the time from the start of calling to the stoppage of calling in the arrival of the call; and a one-ringing call determination section 107 for instructing a general control section 103 to store the obtained telephone number in the storage section 108 as a denying telephone number that denies connection of calls starting from next time, when the time is shorter than a predetermined value.
