A first electrode (62c) is formed on a first substrate (2) having a display surface of a display panel and is connected to a common electrode (com). A field effect transistor (62b) is formed on a second substrate (1), and is an electric field effect transistor for which the first electrode (62c) is arranged spaced apart from the field effect transistor (62b) on a back channel side; wherein a gate terminal and a first drain/source terminal are connected to a first wire (Vrstn) for which a voltage for performing a reset is applied. One end of a switch (62a) is connected to a second drain/source terminal (62bs), and the other end is connected to a second wire (Vom) deriving output of the field effect transistor (62b). |
